Jenny manages up to $30 million plus in contracts a year. She facilitates daily a variety of items while managing the Accounting Department. She puts together the draw packages to submit to the Owner which includes the pay applications and monthly lien releases. Jenny works closely with the Risk Manager to ensure that Wright meets all insurance requirements along with State/City Licensing. She also works closely with our Timberline Consultant when it is that time to do our audits along with our CPA for our taxes.
Sarah is in charge of facilitating the bid process. This includes posting plans to the FTP site, fielding RFI’s and submittals as well as working with the Project Managers to complete the bid process. She also helps with in house management of some of Wright’s other assets. Accounting, Contracts, Change orders, Estimating, and Answering phones.
